The WasteTreatmentPlant can also be found on UtilityFlat as can the locker rooms for both men and women. An arcade along the northern edge of UtilityFlat offers a place to gather before a game as well as providing a foot-level view to TheFloor. Subterranean, TheFloor, H2O and Alchemy are all accessible from UtilityFlat.
