Hi Annie,

First of all I apologize for my tardy response... this one just got caught up in the torrent of my inbox.

I'm not really in a position to help as I don't have a RAZR V3 to experiment with... although have you tried Motorola's tech support? That would have been the first place I'd have gone.

With an iPhone I'm able to use "Image Capture" as a tool for getting my pictures from my phone into the computer without any problem... also a USB connection, although it's through the iPhone's dock...

But again, sorry... I can offer no other help than to query Motorola... after all, it's their product...

Dear Nic,

I have an iMac running Snow Leopard, and a Motorola RAZR V3 phone. I want to get the pictures from the phone to my iMac with a USB cable and am having no luck. I got the USB from AT&T, do I need a driver? AT&T does not have a driver for OS X, and I am reluctant to just click on any site offering drivers. When I connect the USB cable and click on Image Capture it says connecting, but never succeeds as far as I can tell. I get a message on the computer screen that says check connections and contact administrator. I also get a message on the phone that says the service is not supported. I had AT&T set up the data account for me. I email a picture to my computer email address and never receive anything, but my cell phone bill has gone up drastically. I am lost and getting nowhere - please get me out of holiday picture Hell. Just sticking with a camera is looking better all the time. All I really want is to get my pictures from the phone to my iMac. Thanks for your help,

                                                                                                       Annie
